Standing for a first, three-year term as a General board member: Etta Habegger
Etta Habegger and her spouse Charlotte have lived in the State College area since 2006. Currently Etta is primarily a stay-at-home parent and community volunteer. Her professional background includes a range of community development and housing continuum work, from providing support in domestic violence shelters to helping create and sustain long-term affordable homeownership, in Pennsylvania and Colorado.
For public information, Kelly Felix was confirmed as a Borough appointed board member for her first, three-year term.
Kelly Felix is a Loan Originator at Reliance Bank. She has worked in mortgage lending for the last 22 years and understands the homebuying process as well as the challenges that some homeowners face. She lives in the State College Borough with her husband and two daughters.
